PROMISE
All of our custom products meet strict quality standards and are
guaranteed against manufacturer's defects. If you ever receive a
defective product, we will gladly offer to replace it or refund
your money, whichever you prefer.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Money
Orders or Cashiers Checks. Sorry, we do not accept COD or personal
checks.
For custom rug orders over $1,000.00 we accept company checks. Standard terms are net 10 from date of invoice. Net 30 terms are available only with prior approval. Please let us know at time of placing your order if you prefer to pay with a check rather than a credit card.
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders to addresses in
Wisconsin only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped to
addresses outside the state of Wisconsin.
SECURE SERVER ORDERING
Fifth Wall Rug's shopping cart is hosted on a secure server. When
you buy from FifthWallRugs.com, your credit card purchase is
processed through secure servers. Your
order is then SSL encrypted before being sent to us. Your credit
card information is safe. We make every effort possible to make
sure that you can shop without worry. However, if you are still
uncomfortable with entering your credit card information online,
please feel free to fax or email your order to us.
SHIPPING POLICIES
Our custom logo mats and logo rugs are shipped via UPS or FED EX GROUND (Freight Carrier for larger orders) within the US
& CANADA. (overseas shipping is available for Military and Government orders.) Standard delivery times using the above shipping methods apply. We also offer expedited shipping using your UPS or Fed Ex account number if requested. Custom Logo Mat shipping charges are calculated on a per-order basis depending on size of rug, weight,
and shipping destination.

DELIVERY TIMES/CHARGES - PLAIN MATS ORDERED VIA ONLINE SHOPPING CART
Plain (non-logo) mats are shipped direct from the manufacturer via FED EX or UPS ground and generally ship within 3 business days. During peak periods, shipping may take up to 7 days. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery of your order before contacting us for delivery status. If you are ordering plain mats at the same time you order a custom logo mat and would like everything shipped at one time, we will be happy to accommodate you. Please let us know before we place your order.
There is immediate delivery via email of all gift certificates
purchased.

COSTS
Depending on your location and the volume (peak
holidays, etc.) at the time of your order, shipping times can vary
from 3-7 business days. Please allow 10-14 business days for
delivery during Christmas and other peak holidays. In the
unlikely event an item is not in stock, we will email you within
24-48 hours advising you of approximate shipping date. Shipping
for out-of stock items may take up to 4-6 weeks. You will always
be given the opportunity to cancel your order within 24 hours if
an item is not in stock, and the shipping date does not meet with
your approval. If you do not wish to wait due to the delay or
backorder, you may request a cancellation for your order within 24
hours, provided that the item(s) has not shipped. If we do not
hear from you within 24 hours we will process your order for
shipment and we will assume you have agreed to the shipment delay.
Once an order has been processed, there are no
cancellations.
PRODUCT WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
Fifth Wall Rugs is committed to serving our customers well. We
guarantee the quality of our products 100% against manufacturer's defects and strive to bring as
much value as possible to each customer.
Should a product be received by one of
our customers that is defective and does not meet our high
standards, we will stand by our products and replace any
product free of charge. We will also cover any additional replacement
shipping cost incurred. Custom products not determined to be defective are not returnable.
(Note: Return shipping cost refunds are
calculated using the lowest cost shipping method. Items returned
via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount
equal to the lowest cost shipping method).
Merchandise must be in new condition with its
original packing and accessories intact or it may be subject to a
15% restocking fee. If you are returning a product, please check
to make sure your return meets the conditions described. Custom
made products are non-returnable.
If an exchange or refund is requested for any reason other than
defective merchandise on non-custom products, customer will be responsible for return
shipping costs. All returns must made within 10 days of receiving
your order. You need to email us to obtain a return merchandise
authorization # before any returns can be accepted. Please
email for an RMA # and additional return shipping instructions.
We will email you an RMA# which must be included with any returns.
For your protection, please send your return prepaid via a
shipping service that can be tracked, such as UPS or USPS insured.
Please be sure to keep your receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds
for returns sent via a non-trackable method.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to
appear on your credit card statement. If credit cannot be issued
to your credit card, a store credit will be issued.
